Geordie Williamson
Until September 2016, I was an Advanced Researcher at the Max-Planck-Institut für Mathematik in Bonn.

I am currently visiting RIMS, Kyoto until the end of the year. Next year (February 2017) I will move to Sydney University.

(Remove three letters!)

I work in representation theory. A slogan for my field might be "don't underestimate symmetry".

Slides (and a video) from a colloquium in Berlin giving a historical introduction to representation theory.

Here is an introduction to my work for the layperson and here is a slightly different version in German.
(This article was written for the year book of the Max-Planck society.)

My CV is available here and my publication list is here.
