About me

Since September 2015, I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in Bonn. From Fall 2016 I will be a Zorn Postdoctoral Fellow at Indiana University in Bloomington. I finished my PhD in summer 2015 at the University of Edinburgh where I was supervised by Prof Andrew Ranicki. My mathematical interests include Surgery theory, K-theory and TQFT. During my PhD I took part in the Surgery Study Group and I was one of the organizers for the Young Researchers Meeting that took place in Edinburgh from 17 to 20 June 2013.

Apart from mathematics, my other passion in life is playing piano.
